I am attempting to begin jogging at 260 pounds. The shoe offers everything that I need feel confident and cushioned as I stride (or should I say shuffle) through my one mile run around a track. During my run, at no point did my knees or ankles feel threatened, even as fatigue quickly set in. In the end, after my first mile run after twenty years with 100 pounds added (official time 15:11) I am extremely relieved that I did not and do not have to endure the joint pain I was expecting in my ankles, knees or hips!!!
